"tie up-bills" and work that money 2008!
In Venezuela we've got some traditions... one of those is "tie up-bills". Peoples says -don't ask me who- that if you do that with a yellow ribbon
to put it into the wallet... all year long you'll have at least one bill in the most broke-times for the same amount or closer for the whole year. I'd always tie up bills for less than five dollars... so i won't be tempted to use it :D but i've always wonder.. what if I get to tie up a $100??????...
